The General Meeting of intacs e.V. was held during the SPICE days in Stuttgart. Peter Bölter, president of intacs reported the successful progress of the scheme in the world. Main results asire:

1. Availability of syllabi for both, provisional and competent assessor
2. Availability of domain specific courses for all qualifications
3. International availability of courses and exams in German, English, Japanese and Corean.

The Training Providers and Certification Bodies have reported significant reduction of volume in 2009 due to economic reasons. All parties are optimistic looking forward to the development in 2010.

intacs president presented the impact of the SPICE / ISO/IEC15504 revision including an outlook to extensions of the scheme to include IT-Service Management, System Development and Organisation Maturity Model.

Finally the new Executive Board for the next two years was elected. Peter Bölter, Ludger Meyer and Gerd Grest were confirmed.  Jerzy A. Kowalczuk was elected as a new member of the board. Klaus Dehmel could not continue his work in intacs due to personal reasons. We would like to take the opportunity to thank him for his contribution and successful participation. He will stay a sponsor of intacs.
