 g among affected parties\, not formal approval\; but when upstream artifac
 ts feed downstream work\, a baseline (or equivalent controlled state) is t
 he most effective safeguard for consistency and change impact. This sessio
 n distinguishes the four levels - simple sharing\, joint understanding\, f
 ormal approval\, and baseline - and asks: what is the minimum bar for 'Com
 municate Agreed'\, and how do we keep downstream work aligned when upstrea
 m changes? \nTopic 2: Generative AI now shapes work products across every 
 phase of the V-model\, and polished output no longer reliably signals proc
 ess capability. This raises three questions for ASPICE: is the artifact re
 al engineering evidence\, can the author be held accountable\, and are AI-
 specific risks (hallucinations\, missing quantities\, superficial traceabi
 lity\, IP leakage) under process control? This session argues the assessme
 nt axis has shifted from 'did they use AI?' to 'is that use controlled?'\,
  and proposes a four-axis frame - artifact quality\, human verification & 
 accountability\, tool reliability & control\, and confidentiality & IP com
 pliance - with each finding mapped to concrete PA/BP consequences. Attende
