Purpose
The purpose of the working group "intacs® Trainings" is to ensure the quality of SPICE assessor trainings hosted by intacs® and to provide standard materials for trainings relevant to certification. This also includes continuously reviewing and developing the intacs® Training architecture with focus on all trainings on PAMs and PAM extensions accepted by intacs® and relevant to assessor training.
The main tasks of the working group are:
- Ensuring the operational capability of the existing course landscape
- Maintaining and further developing the training architecture
- Maintaining the existing course landscape with the existing materials and curricula
- Creating materials within the existing course landscape, including trainings of the new training architecture
- Coordinating translations of the course materials
- Managing the course materials including the licensing of the materials to the training providers
- Communication towards training providers and certification bodies regarding training material and certification rule topics
Deliverables
- Standard course materials for intacs® hosted trainings (slides, exercise and case study materials, instructions, support material, syllabi (usuyally integrated in training material)
- Training architecture of intacs® hosted trainings (trainings, preconditions for trainers and participants, number of participants, certification criteria, observation criteria)
- Continuous updates for deliverables
Members
The number of core members is limited and only intacs® certified Instructors can be core members in the working group. The working group might nominate additional guest members to sub groups for developing specific results (e.g., training material).
