Unfortunately, online criminals are increasingly sending e-mails with dangerous links or attachments – including in the name of iNTACS. The aim: to obtain your access information and personal data. Many of these e-mails look deceptively genuine.
If you cannot tell whether an e-mail is genuine or not, ask This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.. But be careful: do not reply directly to the suspicious email.
If you have identified an email as an attempt at fraud, do not click on any links and do not open any attachments.
iNTACS will never ask you for bank or account information via email. We check every single report with our IT back office and take defensive action with our partners.
