Derzeit möchten das Entwicklungsmanagement und die globale Qualität unseres Unternehmens und einige andere Personen dieses Audit in Video und Audio aufzeichnen und die Aufzeichnung anderen Personen zu Schulungszwecken zur Verfügung stellen.Wie steht INTACS zur Aufzeichnung eines Automotive SPICE®-Audits in Bild und Ton? Kann ich mich in meiner Argumentation auf ISO 19011-2018 und BSI-EN-ISO-IEC-17021-1-2015 beziehen? Oder können sie mir geeignetere Normen nennen? 

 

 iNTACS verwendet  erhobene Daten ausschließlich zu Zertifizierungszwecken und gibt diesbezüglich keine Empfehlungen für Dritte. Außerdem führen wir keinerlei Rechtsberatung durch. At the moment the development management and the global quality of our company and some other persons would like to record this audit in video and audio and make the recording available to other persons for training purposes.
 What is INTACS position on recording an Automotive SPICE® audit in video and audio? Can I refer to ISO 19011-2018 and BSI-EN-ISO-IEC-17021-1-2015 in my argumentation? Or can they tell me more appropriate standards? 		 iNTACS uses the data collected exclusively for certification purposes and does not make any recommendations to third parties in this regard. 2 Ich arbeite für ein Unternehmen, das kein zertifizierter VDA-Schulungsanbieter ist, aber ich habe gehört, dass ich jetzt interne A-SPICE PE- und PA-Schulungsrunden für Mitarbeiter anbieten darf, und ich benötige die folgenden Informationen – ist das korrekt? Nein – Offiziell anerkannte Schulungen können nur von akkreditierten Schulungsanbietern durchgeführt werden. Wir empfehlen Ihnen daher, sich selbst akkreditieren zu lassen oder mit einem akkreditierten Schulungsanbieter zusammenzuarbeiten.  I work for a company which is not a certified VDA training provider, but I heard I'm now allowed to provide internal A-SPICE PE & PA training rounds for employees, and I need the following information-  is this correct?

No - Officially recognized training can only be provided by accredited training providers. We therefore recommend that you apply accreditation or cooperate with an accredited training provider. You can find as attachment – it is currently under rework.

4 Wo erhalte ich das autorisierte iNTACS-Schulungsmaterial? Darf ich Broschüren oder Online-Versionen anderer Schulungszentren verwenden?  Für die Nutzung von Schulungsmaterialien fallen Gebühren an. Die Kosten hierfür finden Sie im Dokument zur Gebührenordnung. Alternativ können Sie in einer Arbeitsgruppe mitarbeiten, in diesem Fall entfällt die jeweilige Gebühr in Jahr der Veröffentlichung und im Folgejahr. Where can I get the authorized iNTACS training material ? Am I allowed to use booklets or online versions from other training centers ?

Fees are charged for the use of training materials. The costs for this can be found in the document fee structure. Alternatively, you can participate in a working group, in which case the respective fee is waived in the year of publication and the following year.

 
5 Wie melde ich unsere Teilnehmer für die VDA-Prüfung an? Prüfungsanträge werden bei der Zertifizierungsstelle eingereicht.  How do I register our attendees for the VDA exam ?

Können Teilnehmer von Partnerunternehmen oder Tochtergesellschaften unseres Unternehmens teilnehmen?

 

 Kein Problem, solange die maximale Teilnehmerzahl nicht überschritten wird. Can attendees from our company's partners or subsidiaries attend ?  No problem until the maximum number of attendees is fulfilled.

8 Welche Übergangsfristen gelten für Automotive SPICE® von der Version 3.1 zu 4.0? Wie lange kann ich 3.1 Schulungen anbieten? Die Veröffentlichungstermine der englischsprachigen Version des Schulungsmaterials und der Prüfungsfragen sind relevant.

Folgende Termine wurden umgesetzt/geplant:
Für PE: 01.10.2024
Für PA: 01.11.2024
Für CA: Q1-2025

Mit dem VDA QMC wurde vereinbart, dass nach der Freigabe der Schulungsunterlagen nur noch Prüfungen für die jeweils aktuellste gültige Version angeboten werden. Wiederholungsprüfungen sind innerhalb von 6 Monaten möglich.

Für die Märkte Japan, China und Korea gelten folgende Übergangsregelungen: Die Umstellung von Automotive SPICE® 3.1 auf 4.0 erfolgt, wenn Schulungsunterlagen und Prüfungen in der jeweiligen Sprachversion vorliegen.		 What transition periods apply to Automotive SPICE® from version 3.1 to 4.0? How long can I offer 3.1 training?

The release dates of the English-language version of the training material and the exam questions are relevant.

The following dates have been implemented/planned:
For PE: 01.10.2024
For PA: 01.11.2024
For CA: Q1-2025

It has been agreed with the VDA QMC that after the training material has been released, only exams for the currently latest valid version will be offered. Re-examinations are possible within 6 months.

The following transitional arrangements apply in the Japanese, Chinese and Korean markets: The changeover from Automotive SPICE® 3.1 to 4.0 will take place when training materials and exams are available in the respective language version.

 
9 Was kann ich als freiberuflicher Trainer tun, damit meine Schulungen anerkannt werden? Sie können sich einem Schulungsunternehmen angeschließen (Koperation) oder sich selbst als Schulungsanbieter akkreditieren lassen. What can I do as a freelance trainer to get my training courses recognised? You can join a training company (cooperation) or get yourself accredited as a training provider.
10 Warum benötige ich als Trainer eine Zertifizierung bzw. Lizenz? Als intacs® zertifizierter Trainer weisen Sie nach, dass Sie über die erforderliche Qualifikation, berufliche Erfahrungen, Schulungserfahrung und Weiterbildungen verfügen um Schulungen entsprechend dem intacs® Zertifizierungsschema durchzuführen. Ihre Zertifizierung erfüllt die Anforderungen und wird überwacht. Als intacs® zertifizierter Trainer eines akkreditierten Schulungsunternehmens haben Sie außerdem den Zugriff auf validiertes und für intacs® Schulungen freigegebenes Schulungsmaterial.  Why do I need certification or a licence as a trainer?

As an intacs® certified trainer, you prove that you have the necessary qualifications, professional experience, training experience and further training to conduct training courses in accordance with the intacs® certification scheme. Your certification fulfils the requirements and is monitored. As an intacs® certified trainer from an accredited training organisation, you also have access to validated training material approved for intacs® training.

Gibt es eine maximale Zeitspanne zwischen den Teilen des siebentägigen PE/PA-Trainings oder sollten wir keine festlegen?
Beispiel: 7 Tage werden in ein 5-tägiges Vor-Ort-Training und ein 2-tägiges Online-Training aufgeteilt. Was ist die längste Zeitspanne zwischen diesen beiden Teilen?

 

 Es wurde festgelegt unf während der Train The Trainer Schulung mitgeteilt, dass die 7 Tage in 2 aufeinanderfolgenden Wochen durchgeführt werden müssen. Andernfalls handelt es sich nicht um eine kombinierte Schulung, sondern um eine separate Schulung für PE und PA. Are there, or shouldn't we define a maximum time between parts of the 7-days PE/PA training? Example: 7 days are split in a 5-day onsite and a 2 days online training. What is the maximum time between these two parts? It was defined and communicated during the Train The Trainer course that the 7 days must be conducted in 2 consecutive weeks. Otherwise, it is not a combined training course, but separate training for PE and PA.
12 Lassen Sie mich den folgenden Punkt bestätigen: Derzeit werden nur zertifizierte Schulungsanbieter mit den offiziellen Schulungsunterlagen von intacs versorgt, aber für die Übersetzung können die zertifizierten Ausbilder, die nicht zu den zertifizierten Schulungsanbietern gehören
mit den Materialien versorgt werden können.
Liege ich richtig?

Bevor ein Schulungsanbieter z.B. eine japanische oder koreanische Version des Schulungsmaterials verwenden kann, muss er
muss er natürlich berechtigt sein, die englische Version zu verwenden. Das bedeutet, dass er zunächst die Nutzungsgebühr zahlen muss wenn er diese Version nicht kostenlos nutzen kann.  Wenn er an der Übersetzung mitgearbeitet hat, kann er die entsprechende Sprachversion kostenlos nutzen solange dieselbe englische Version gültig ist und er eine gültige Nutzungserlaubnis für die englische Version hat.  

 

 Currently only certified training providers are provided with the intacs official training materials,
but for translation, those certifieid instructors who don't belong to the certified training providers
can be provided with the materials.
Am I right?		 Before a training provider can use e.g. a Japanese or Korean version of the training material, he must
of course be authorized to use the English version. This means that he must first pay the usage fee
if they cannot use this version free of charge.  If he has worked on the translation, he can then use the relevant language version free of charge as long as the same English version is valid and he has a valid allowance of use for the English version.
