• Provide information about the status, progress and next steps from WGs, Advisory Board, Executive Board and certification bodies to the intacs community
• Maintaining the information strategy inside and outside of iNTACS

• Provide a regular information letter in four languages (English, Chinese, Korean, Japanese) sent out by email to all subscribers
• Deliver input to intacs.info web platform e.g., Newsflash on main page or WG overview page

• Collect information for the upcoming information letter
