Brief description

Topic 1: ASPICE 4.0's "Communicate Agreed" BPs (SYS.2.BP6, SWE.1.BP6, etc.) are read very differently in the field - some accept a shared file or silent inbox, others demand formal sign-off and a baseline. Annex C.6 actually defines "agreed" as joint understanding among affected parties, not formal approval; but when upstream artifacts feed downstream work, a baseline (or equivalent controlled state) is the most effective safeguard for consistency and change impact. This session distinguishes the four levels - simple sharing, joint understanding, formal approval, and baseline - and asks: what is the minimum bar for "Communicate Agreed", and how do we keep downstream work aligned when upstream changes? 

Topic 2: Generative AI now shapes work products across every phase of the V-model, and polished output no longer reliably signals process capability. This raises three questions for ASPICE: is the artifact real engineering evidence, can the author be held accountable, and are AI-specific risks (hallucinations, missing quantities, superficial traceability, IP leakage) under process control? This session argues the assessment axis has shifted from "did they use AI?" to "is that use controlled?", and proposes a four-axis frame - artifact quality, human verification & accountability, tool reliability & control, and confidentiality & IP compliance - with each finding mapped to concrete PA/BP consequences. Attendees leave with a shift toward comprehension-testing interview questions and a checklist v1.0 for their organizations.
